What, you were expecting a Jaden Smith Karate Kid post?  You’ve seen The Karate Kid trailer here already, so this is something else.  Instead, this is original star of The Karate Kid movie (as well as Karate Kid 2 and Karate Kid 3) from the 80′s, Ralph Macchio in Funny Or Die video titled, not ‘wax on wax off’ but “Wax On, F*ck Off.”  Normally, I don’t post a lot of stuff like this but because it is a slow news day and because the video is timely with The Karate Kid movie “update” (it should’ve just been called The Kung Fu Kid, would have been easier/more accurate from what I gather) being released into theaters this weekend, I figured I would post it.  Macchio has been the source of a number of jokes throughout the years, in large part due to his age/baby-faced looks. This video skewers that and his “niceness” in an attempt to get his career back off the ground.  Colin Farrell’s porn, attempts at drinking and drugs, hookers, and foul language are present, so this video is NSFW.

It’s shocking to think that the man is 48 years old! Quad-Ocho!!  He really still looks 15 years younger, it’s amazing.  When Macchio did the original Karate Kid in 1984 with Pat Morita, he was in his 20′s. Now, we have a remake 26 years later with Jackie Chan taking on the mentor role and Jaden Pinkett Smith in Ralph’s role. Eat your heart out Jaden!  Maybe Ralph can make a comeback (if he wants to, which is unlikely) and he can be the mentor in the sequel and kick Jaden’s arse.  “Get him a body bag!” There’s a thought.  I have nothing against Smith, it’s just that remakes from my childhood get me a little angry.  (I’ve been angry a lot lately then, if that’s true.)
