Here is THR‘s video discussion featuring Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine), Peter Weir (The Way Back), David O. Russell (The Fighter), Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan), Lisa Cholodenko (The Kids are All Right) and Tom Hooper (The King’s Speech). The video is a bit over an hour long but I have included two short excerpt versions as well. The discussions vacillate amongst a number of topics that have challenged the directors, including Blue Valentine‘s struggle with the MPAA over its NC-17 rating and O.
